Cyber and the IRS have many similarities. Both never forget about you, both can come back and haunt you in years to come; they can both cost you money if you get things wrong and they both are difficult to avoid.
So it’s of no surprise class action followed the 2023 Lehigh Valley Health cyber-attack. Leigh Valley reached a $65million class action settlement with patients and employees effected by the 2023 attack, that resulted in personal and medical data being exposed.
