To quote the song ‘there maybe trouble ahead’….for the healthcare industry in the U S. As the volumn of cyber attacks reached a head with the recent hack on United Healtcare.

An incident that with all likelihood will drive HHS to regulate cyber and in the case of HHS likely scrutiny from the SEC. All point to challenges a head for the healthcare industry.
