Thank you for posting Ted Dziekanowski. The SEC has to comply to FISMA, as much as SEC covered entities have to comply to the SEC final rule. While the SEC may not fully comply (as you say its complex) it does ‘eat its own dog food’.

A paper we at Veritas GRC have developed into a board education program and advisory, for the SEC cyber rule, EU NIS 2 and DORA covered entities.
