EU member states have agreed upon the Cyber Resilience Act. The CRA is closely integrated in to EU NIS 2 that can mandate CNI firms adopt CRA certified products and services.

One suspect that the oil and gas industry will need to play close attention tot he effects of the CRA as firms focus on complying EU NIS in 2024.
