One wonders what the landscape will look like once EU NIS 2, DORA and the CRA regulations are finalized by EU Member states? GDPR fines invariably based on reported data breaches. New cyber regulations open the door to ex-ante and ex-post compliance inspections, civil and criminal penalties.
