Cyber is a national, corporate and economic security issue and regulators in the U.S and EU are driving cybersecurity risk management regulation rapidly forward. Regulations that UK companies should be aware and consider in their business strategy if they trade in or with the U.S and EU.

We will discuss these regulations, the effects on legal and compliance risk, and what a cybersecurity risk management program looks like to address regulatory compliance.
