EU NIS 2, DORA, the CRA, Securities and Exchange Commission Cyber proposals, U.S DoD DFARS, and updates to Financial Services regulation effect many industry sectors. Sectors that may find themselves regulated to implement cybersecurity risk management.

Complying to these regulations requires organizations to adopt an approach similar to that of financial services. We advise a 3 Line of Defence model, that is also supported by the U.S National Association of Corporate Directors. A model requiring boards to govern, oversight, assure and attest compliance with their cybersecurity, risk, audit, compliance teams and legal counsel.
