Last week Ted Dziekanowski and I published a paper on Cybersecurity Risk Management, the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and the important role the Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) profile plays in risk mitigation. (https://lnkd.in/dTXWbqWr). That we align within a TOM for cyber risk management governance, oversight and assurance. Ahead of proposed regulations from the Securities and Exchange Commission over cybersecurity risk management, governance and strategy.

The enclosed paper from the Harvard Law School Forum on Corporate Governance discusses the use of the CSF profile, and updates ahead from NIST as it updates CSF 2.0 to include corporate governance and expanded coverage to address supply chain risk, risk management and the role that legal and compliance plays in the oversight and assurance of cyber risk.
