Thank you Hill Dickinson LLP for arranging this event. I am looking forward to discussing cybersecurity risk management, the rise in cyber regulation by the U.S, EU and Australia.

Regulation that transfers cybersecurity risk management to the corporate, away from traditional risk transfer tools that includes cyber insurance. A transfer that creates challenges and opportunities for boards, that will be required to find efficient and cost effective solutions for managing cyber risk as it is pushed ‘Left of bang’.

Raising questions and opportunities for boards to consider about the impact of cyber regulation, legal and regulatory compliance, and the role of General Council as a trusted advisor to the board.
