A challenge ahead for the U.S DoD CMMC program, mission wins every time. The U.S faces a double edged sword, on one side it needs to protect national security and a part of that is securing the IP of weapon systems manufactured across its national and international DIB. On the other is meeting supply chain demands and full filling the demands of weapon system production and to maintain stockpiles.

In this case the EU also has the same problem, at a time when the EU’s investment on the military has been historically low in comparison to the U.S.
