Another U.S regulator steps up their cyber regulation. As the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA). The National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) is a government-backed insurer of credit unions in the United States, one of two agencies that provide deposit insurance to depositors in U.S. depository institutions.

The NCUA requires a Federally Insured Credit Union to report a cyber incident to them within 72 hours. Aligning the NCUA’s rule with the Cyber Incident Reporting Act. (https://lnkd.in/eanchdbB)

The ruling contains a nice summary or what are reportable incidents.
