Will U.S and EU cyber regulation address security across the software development lifecycle? As developers will be required to certificate the cybersecurity compliance of their products and services, and boards will be required to confirm the cyber security risks that their organisations have, and the ones they are managing?
The spinning bottle so to speak maybe coming to a stop and the buck may fall at the feet of both those that manufacture ICT products and services and those companies that use them.
