Thank you for posting Ted Dziekanowski. As you rightly point out, it’s not about the numbers, its about the skills required. Cyber regulations from the EU and U.S shift the cyber paradigm ‘left of bang’ to compliance, cybersecurity risk management and raise board liability for cybersecurity.

Having the numbers doesn’t necessarily mean organisations will meet their regulatory obligations. It’s the right people, in the right seats doing the right things.
