Europe is on the front foot with cyber regulation, with the U.S coming in closely behind. But there is common themes moving between the 2 on cyber security regulations, that will impact those public and private sector organisations trading across the Atlantic.
Whether its EU NIS 2, DORA, the CRA or SEC proposal there is a focus on cybersecurity risk management, board accountability and responsibility and incident reporting. All that remains is for regulators to agree harmonisation of cybersecurity standards and reporting.
