Thanks for posting Ted Dziekanowski. The U.S is moving ahead with significant cyber regulation, associated improvements and enforcement regimes. The sums put forward for cyber are substantial, they dwarf the total global spend of all Western nations combined and demonstrate the seriousness Federal Government places ahead of cybersecurity in to 2023.

The funding package builds the foundations for U.S Federal cyber for ONCD, DHS, CISA and regulatory enforcement by the Department of Treasury and for the Federal Trade Commission to share information on cyber litigation and recommend new cyber laws.

One should bear in mind the impact on U.S trade partners as cyber security and risk management develops in the U.S and EU. Both are setting the benchmarks for cybersecurity compliance that will impact international trade.
