One wonders if trying to impede a Whistblower is a good idea and this maybe an example of how not to proceed in the case of a Whistleblower complaint. We do not see Federal whistleblowers this side of the pond. But one suspects with the direction of travel for cyber regulation Whistleblowers could put it upon themselves to raise Whistleblower complaints. The DoD DFARS regulation has been a compliance requirement since 2017.
