Thanks for posting Ted Dziekanowski, it goes someway to explain the relative ease by which money could be moved around. But it does not explain the appropriateness of financial governance and oversight. While the monies invested may be low as a percentage of total funds and governance is boring, but at the very least it should have raised questions. Lets hope their investments in cyber startups don’t got the same way.
