Deloitte has removed members of its UK leadership team from their posts, at a time of increased revenues and partner pay. Key figures from its risk and consulting business’ are departing their roles in the ‘refresh’, that begs the question of why? Risk is a growth area for the big 4 and consulting profits grew. New blood maybe needed?

The accounting and audit industry has had a few issues of late, including increased regulatory scrutiny from the UK Government and setting up of an independent regulator (https://lnkd.in/e_hwe-is).
