Cyber is a threat to national and international organisations of all shapes and sizes. It is a risk that is increasing being targeted by nation states to cause damage to supply chains and a risk that is increasingly being regulated. U.S and EU regulators are planning cyber regulations that will impact firms in the UK, EU and Middle East, and only recently the Australian government announced potential fines of up to $50m for Companies that fail to adequately protect people’s data.

The recent Uber and separate Drizly cases highlight the legal risks to boards and CISO over cybersecurity compliance. Setting regulatory precedence.
