Thanks Ted Dziekanowski for posting. A small fine but an important example of the oversight of cyber by NYDFS and the failure to conduct appropriate risk assessments by EyeMed, of a relative straight forward component of communications infrastructure. That came to light following a cyber attack.

I note the 2nd to last paragraph in the DFS press release. You do not want a regulator providing oversight and assurance or your remedial actions.
