I think that all of the countries participating in the Singapore International Cyber Week are well aware of the risks that are involved in doing business and relying upon the technological infrastructure provided by the PRC

Cyber is a geopolitical risk and like all risks there has to be careful consideration of the continuous assessment of risk impact. Risks change over time and what may look like an opportunity today may not be in 5 years time. Telecom infrastructure is the bedrock to digital both for delivery and the security of national, state and personal information.
