Thanks Ted Dziekanowski for sharing. The proposed bill would create a pilot program run by CISA to provide network monitoring as part of their Continuous Diagnostic Mitigation program. In effect enabling CISA to oversight and potentially assess Indicators of Compromise (IOC) and network oversight for State, Local and Tribal governments.
