I’ve seen an increase in the number of Whistle-blower statements from the SEC recently. Is it a sign of the times and the current economic stress everyone is under, a failure to comply with financial regulation or an increase in staff vigilance; not wanting their companies to breach regulatory practices?

Whatever the reason the regulator is offering its own bug bounty.
