The United States Department of War is caught between a rock and a hard place. In one hand the DIB has had 10 years to comply with DFARS cyber, but the DoW predecessors didn’t enforce it, on the other cyberv is a nation security issue and the DIB hasn’t complied with regulation, has no money or skills to comply.
This is a square the DoW need to turn into a circle.
