There is no doubt that AI is powerful, yet it is as accurate as the questions that we ask of it. Ask the wrong question, or ask a moderately correct question in the wrong way, and the reasoning will return an answer that may not be one that is correct.

Prompt engineering is a thorny topic, least of all when it comes to developing AI platforms to evaluate complex professional processes such as cybersecurity risk and controls assurance, by auditors.

It is a reason why we are developing a cyber audit platform that is based upon audit process, cybersecurity, control design, and control effectiveness testing and assurance. A platform that improves the reasoning for AI cyber assurance for the 3rd Line of Defence, by providing structured prompting, so there’s nothing new Meta ;-),
