Yes, now how will the EU respond, with its love hate relationship with US tech companies. He/ She who controls the LLM controls the data, the information, the message and the decision. Lets face it Ai worked under global covered for several years before it reared its head, having consumed allot of out data, including that belonging to EU citizens.

Regulation is one option, but that is harder when you are reliant on models to run your business. Models consume your data to improve their performance, where does that data go? Your competitive advantage could become some else’s unless it is managed…………
