At least Spain will have EU NIS 2 and DORA to fall back on to secure Critical National Infrastructure(CNI) and Financial Institutions(FI). Nope that relies on the security of communications technology and for those in power sectors it relies on the security of Operations Technology such as inverters. For ports it relies on the security of crane control systems.
