It’s a pleasure to be presenting today for the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries on the subject of US and EU cybersecurity risk management regulation, its effect on risk transfer and opportunities to improve actuarial decision making.
I will be discussing the development of cybersecurity risk management regulation, and how regulation transfer cyber risk ‘Left of Bang’, into the board rooms of covered entities. Risk transfer that effects the cyber insurance underwriting process, as covered organisation are required to demonstrate their compliance to cybersecurity risk management.
