Delivering advisory, education, organizational design and support solutions to boards, enabling them to comply with complex cyber regulations including the SEC Final cyber rule, EU NIS 2 and DORA.
By way of example of our services, Brian and Ted are authorized, accredited and qualified providers and educators for cyber qualifications that include the Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) standard. A standard the UK cybersecurity agency NCSC has recognized to assess the NCSC’s Cyber Assessment Framework (CAF). A qualification that we can provide to UK and EU clients.
The Cyber Assessment Framework (CAF) is the UK Governments approach to assessing the extent to which cyber risks to essential functions are being managed by organisation responsible for UK Critical National Infrastructure (CNI), under NIS 1. (https://lnkd.in/eZZMhSW4).
NIS 2.0 regulation will be implemented across the European Union over the coming 12 months. EU CNI providers will be required to demonstrate oversight and assurance of cybersecurity risk management and boards attest cyber risks or face the possibility of civil or criminal penalties. Veritas GRC provides cybersecurity risk management regulatory compliance programs for boards, executives and their organisations, to enable compliance to regulations that includes NIS 2.
