Not afraid to go for the big bucks, starting high and work your way down seems to be a strategy. As the SEC is looking at fines and penalties totaling $2billion against Ripple labs, over sales of cryptocurrency XRP. This case will be one to watch for the crypto and for the cybersecurity.

One wonders where the SEC will pitch fines for failing to comply to the SEC final cyber rule?
