The GAO has carried out an assessment of the White House Office of the National Cyber Directors (ONCD) strategy for U.S cybersecurity. Who concluded the strategy sets a good foundation for national cybersecurity. But recognised that the ONCD needs to develop outcome orientated measurement and improve costs estimates and resource planning for effective program management.
