On Monday the 18th of December Rachel V. Rose, JD, MBA and I will be presenting to the Federal Bar Association on the SECs final cyber rule. A rule that is effective this month and effects entities covered under the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). We aim to discuss the SEC cyber rule, the challenges the rule could present for covered entities and some of the fiduciary implications of the ruling.
