The Australian markets regulator ASIC has banned PWC partner Peter Collins from providing financial services or working for an entity that carries on a financial services business for eight years. After finding him unfit and not proper.

The ASIC is still working with 160 PWC staff who hold financial services licenses to determine if there is any misconduct. In an further indictment of the challenges the firm faces
