To start with an apology to German colleagues, I ran the draft Business-related regulations for the implementation of the NIS 2 Directive in Germany through Word and google. Please do not hold it against me. Enclosed is a draft from the German Regulator. One must remember that all EU nation states are working to transpose the directive in to their national laws.
The document gives a rough idea of what German authorities are considering when transposing NIS 2, and then implementing the directive. By ones own assessment the NIS directive will effect +50,000 companies in the EU and allot of employees. One stresses this is draft, there are some very contentious paragraphs in the document.
