Cyber incident containment as the City of Dallas works to manage what is reportedly a cyber incident. With U.S local government ransomware attacks happening at a rate of 1 a week, this attack on a city as large as Dallas, with over 2.6 million inhabitants is a concern.

That attack looks to have come from the threat actor ‘Royal’, who are known to target critical infrastructure. (https://lnkd.in/ew7kc-FU) In this case affecting communications and IT systems across the city. Affecting Emergency services.
