It a pleasure to be working with Rachel V. Rose, JD, MBA and Ted Dziekanowski to deliver Continued Learning and Education (CLE) in cybersecurity risk management for Attorneys in the U.S.

We aim to deliver a 4 part series (over 4 months) that addresses cybersecurity and risk management, ethical, fiduciary and legal considerations. U.S and EU regulatory highlights and compliance considerations, a review of current topical U.S and EU cyber regulations and an overview of cloud security, audits and related ethical and legal responsibilities.

For those not familiar, some U.S States require Attorneys to undertake CLE in cybersecurity, privacy and data Protection-Ethics as part of their obligations to maintain continued professional development.

While the 4 modules are focused on the U.S legal profession they also serve those who are interested in a high level understanding of the current legal, regulatory and compliance environment that surrounds cybersecurity, risk management and cloud in the U.S and EU cyber regulation.
