NIS 2 is a big issue for EU CNI companies. But German companies on U.S Capital Markets have a bigger problem ahead. The SEC cyber proposal is due before the end of H1 2023 and will have a very real impact on board members of the +110 German companies listed in the U.S.(https://lnkd.in/g8yPS4Jv).
The U.S DoD DFARS/ CMMC program also creates real challenges for DIB contractors that supply the EU, that includes contractors from Germany.
