This is a concern. With EU NIS 2.0 and DORA now on the EU Journal the clock starts ticking for cybersecurity compliance of EU CNI, ICT providers and FIs. Managed Service Providers (MSP) fall under the scope of EU NIS 2, and for European partners NIS 2 is an important regulation that sets a standards for cybersecurity risk management compliance. That is underpinned by the opportunity for EU Member states to implement both civil and criminal penalties.

A standard that UK MSPs should consider if they wish to trade in the EU and if they wish to maintain an appropriate level of compliance for cybersecurity risk management. That comes at a time of increased cybersecurity risk management regulation in the U.S and APAC.
