Cyber insurance prices are up, coverage down and loss ratios rising. Cyber is a difficult risk to manage and innovation, economic growth, cyberspace and technology are not on the side of the underwriter and the insured. In our paper we discuss if cyber is an insurable risk (https://lnkd.in/dGFVVjCi).

Whether the insured or insurer agree with our sentiment one thing is very clear, both the insured and insurer need more data. Data so that the insured can manage cyber-risks and data so that the insurer can place assurance over the insured, to affectively and economically underwrite the risk.
