A sign that the world between the Russian State and the countries cybersecurity firms is complex? As the head of the Russian cyber security firm Group IB is arrested and charged him with Treason.

There is a track record of such arrests in Russia. A court sentenced a former member of the FSB cybersecurity to 22 years on treason charges in 2019, for passing information to the US. A former senior executive at Kaspersky Lab, was sentenced to 14 years in prison at the same time.
