BDO has released its 2016 risk outlook of the US retail market, following a review of annual 10-K returns of the top 100 largest publically traded US firms . It puts cyber and information leakage as the top of US retailers concerns for 2016. A issue which won’t go away as digitisation, differentiation and margins come under pressure.
