like all governments Tom McLeod, the Australian Government is sitting between a rock and a hard place. On one hand current geopolitical threats are a threat to national security, on the other money is tight.

Leading one to consider the threat of cybersecurity on national security and the need for countries and governments to implement national cybersecurity strategies. Strategies required that enable the public and private sector focus on the management of cyber risk and the protection of CNI sectors. Without which national security is at risk.
