Cyber is a well documented board risk. Boards at Marks and Spencer, the Co-op, Harrods, Peter Green Chilled and Victoria’s Secret & Co. are working through cyber incidents today and board at UnitedHealth Group, CDK Global and MGM Resorts International have first hand knowledge of the effects of cyber attacks on corporate performance, as do their shareholders.
