Is Cybersecurity a market just about to take off, or a market that will inflate and then burst?
Will developments in US cyber legislation and regulatory enforcement drive change across their domestic and international markets or not? Some may argue that the ‘carrot and stick’ approach does not work. I argue that it is the only way to make the necessary changes in the face of a global issue, impacting interconnect world, at a time when the number, complexity and severity of cyber-attacks is on the rise.
