Whilst on lock-down I’ve been closing some CPD gaps. Having recently undertaken a cyber expert witness advisory assignment. A lawyer friend advised that I complete training for Expert Witnesses.
What was going to be a traditional class room course, sensibly went on-line. It was an informative 2 days; setting out the role and expectations of an expert witness in court and how to present to a court through the Expert Witness report. More to come as I explore court room practices and the structure of the UK legal system.
