The new US administration has its work cut out for sure when it comes to cyber security, but the challenges and opportunities are recognised.  To support the development of strategy and operationalise cyber risk management the Cybersecurity Solarium Commission has offered its advice through the enclosed ‘Transition book for the incoming Biden Administration’.

Providing useful and objective advice on important subjects such as

1. Establishing the Office of the National Cyber Director.

2. The development and communication of a national Cyber Strategy.

3. Restoring American international cyber leadership.

4. Increasing cyber expertise in Government.

It’s an interesting read and sets the perspective on the challenges which will be faced and outlines recommendations to address them.
