To support the development of strategy and operationalise cyber risk management the Cybersecurity Solarium Commission has offered its advice through the enclosed ‘Transition book for the incoming Biden Administration’.
Providing useful and objective advice on important subjects such as

3. Restoring American international cyber leadership.
4. Increasing cyber expertise in Government.
It’s an interesting read and sets the perspective on the challenges which will be faced and outlines recommendations to address them.
